使馆最新消息：SPP院校新增至44所

　　加拿大使馆发布最新消息，2011年2月SPP合作院校数量增至44所，新增的2所学校分别是Canadore College以及New BrunswichCollege of Crafts and Design (NBCCD)。新增的两所学院，都以艺术和设计见长。具体名单如下：
